Fact - you need to motivate yourself before you can motivate others! Self-improvement education is right at your fingertips. You'll learn a lot about yourself and how the world works - and how you can make yours better!

Here's a short list of recommended books:

1. "Discover Your Strengths", by Marcus Buckingham. This self-improvement book that helps you identigy your strenths and encourages you to work to make those qualities even stronger.

2. "Five Patterns of Extraordinary Careers", by Spencer Stuart. How to stand out from your peers and have a better, more fulfilling career. One lesson learned: It's often better to ask for forgiveness after the fact than to ask for permission ahead of time.

3. "7 Habits of Highly Effective People", by Steven Covey. Another must have in your self improvement book collection. If you like to read a lot of books, you are practicing one of Covey's habits, "sharpening the saw."

4. "The Pursuit of Wow!", by Tom Peters. Achieve more - a very motivational book! HUNDREDS of challenge-action provoking concepts, like "one Minute Excellence".

5. "Rhinoceros Success" and "Advanced Rhinocerology", by Scott Alexander. Incredibly quick reads. "Be a rhino!" and learn timeless motivation and self-improvements tactics that will change your life!
