how to know what problem you have and how to fix it without pills?
i want to know if i have depesstion or an axiety disotor and how to deal with it with out pills ,doctors because i cant do any of that so plzz help when im in a room with people i dont know i get veryyyy nervous i think about what they might think about me i get very shaky when im in a movie its weird i dont know why or when im trying to sleep sometimes i get this skaky feeling and i get very sad for no reason it goes for about a week or a few days at a time or if im not doing anyhting to keep my mind off of it i start to feel depressed plzzz is there any test online i can take or a place to get self-help online thank you

I am trying to follow them and cannot get it to recognize my device and have followed the link and steps to get it to recognize it but it is not working. I had the sprint guy de activate my phone and put my old phone back so i could not miss any calls or texts from people.. is this why my blackberry won't get recognized ? the screen shows no battery because it says not to do it with the battery inserted..

I need help now. I've tried almost everything. I have severe depression?
Lately, I've been very sad and have been thinking of ways to suicide even though I don't want to. I had a nightmare, where my ugly homeroom teacher was touching and like kissing me. I wasn't the same after that. Before, I was a happy,loud, random and weird person that everybody loved. The dream happened on a Monday and I went to school on Monday when I was still in some shock and had this weird feeling on me. By Friday, I was back to my old self. On Saturday morning, I finite tutor and was extra happy when I came home. Me and my friend had planned on making cookies for everyone before Christmas. And so she came to my house to make cookies. Unfortunetely, I didn't have many baking supplies since my parents don't bake and I don't usually cook. We went to her house after that. And at her house when we we cleaning up, her dad had kinda touched me near my private part Which gave me that same weird feeling I had in my nightmare. I cried in front of her, her mom, and dad, and made her parents fight. After that, I was quiet. I was dead inside. And then, I became this quiet, normal, boring person I was when I was elementary. Elementary was the worst time of my life. Today, I searched up why am I so sad, which lead to the web saying depression and the depression quiz. I have severe depression but I dont want to trouble my parents. They have done a lot for me and are going through a very bad time since the economy is down. I want to get back to my old happy self again but I don't know what to do. I've used a lot of self help on the web but none of it works. Even telling myself positive things about myself is not workin any longer. Please help me! I've given up on helping myself, there's nothing to it if I keep trying to find self help an I don't think my friends like me anymore.
