Polaris Media Group Personal Development Opportunity Review

Your doing you research now and you are looking to join Polaris Media Group
Or you are already with Polaris Media Group but your not having the success you
Were expecting from it, the most important thing is your looking to join and you would like to understand if its legitimate or not?, well I would like to tell you the company was officially known as
freedom League world till September 2009 and converted to Polaris
Media Group, liberty League has been in the business since 2001, so right
Now you probably thinking :

You might be wondering at the moment why did liberty League Change to Polaris?

According to my research and personal knowledge, liberty League world
Was providing the same service. I'll cover liberty League in another article on what products and
What the company was actually about. The company had been in a little difficulty
With the lawyer for being concerned in some variety of pyramid scheme and products
With not enough value provided in the products.

The company was asked to switch the face and product line with the company
Now Polaris Media Group, still in the personal Development industry, but now it
Is a Media Company, manufacturing inspiring films on the right way to reach goals,
Which help each individial in parts of their life like relationships, financially, setting goals and lots more

Your looking to join the company ok, to join the company you can start making
cash at $49.95, and you'll begin to make commisions of 20% on each and every
Product Polaris has to offer, if you choose to purchase the products you may
Also make forty percent as well as the twenty percent retail commision, there is more products in the product line that freedom League, the products in liberty League are at a
lower price than they were before which as you can see there had been not much
worth in them.

There are entreperneurs out there who are making profits with polaris and have the freedom but now its how you market, but to start making high profit you need to be at the very top of the company
And have all products in hand which come up to $30, 000.

What you want to ask is how much do you need to make for yourself, and how to make cash from it

For the last few years, marketing any home business such as polaris has changed a lot, and that's where you need a coach to show you, I show entreperneurs which are wrestling in their business, so if your in polaris and your fighting and not making a penny, and your using old marketing skills like cold calling, dropping cards, flyers then your way behind and I am able to show you everything what a top earner is using.

I have cleared up all of my knowledge on Polaris Media Group and what the company is all about, I have personally been with the company when changed to Polaris from Liberty League, the company is legit and you can make money from it, but as I said you got to have a marketing technique if you dont have that you will not have much success.

Which career choice you would you make?
Choosing between remaining at present company where the working hours and salary are decent. There aren't any training opportunities though and the boss is an absolute nightmare. Have received an offer at another company which offers a much higher salary but involves a long commute - an hour one way and much longer working hours. Plenty of training and personal development opportunities though. Unfortunately, it is rumoured that the staff there are quite aggressive towards the management, which I'll be a part of, and there's the risk of personal threats. Which option makes the most sense?

Are "staff development opportunities" important for employer selection?
I was told that there was research to suggest that one of the most (if not THE most) important criteria that employees use when selecting an employer is staff or personal development opportunities that the particular company offers. I couldn't however trace a source for it. Can you trace the relevant research? Development opportunities in terms of training and other services not provided by the company itself. So something like learning a new skill whether it's relevant to the work role or not.

I need a name for a student program that will involve building strengths and leadership skills.?
The program is for college students, and I want something to sound important, interesting, and maybe a little fun. Students will take an assessment that will reveal their strengths in relation to academics, career, and life. We will also have a leadership building element, and we want to advertise to students that this program will be a great personal development opportunity as well as a resume booster. So far, I've thought of: Leadership Challenge Strengths Challenge "Challenge" doesn't have to be part of the name, but it sounds motivating to me. Any other ideas?
