It's often said, most human beings utilize only 3% - 5% of their mind power. Geniuses like Einstein might have pushed it slightly further, to a 10%. The mind travels at the speed faster than light, and beyond the restriction of time and space. Try this for a second, by sitting still on wherever you are right now, i want you to think of the vastness of savannah and the beautiful animals on that savannah. In a split second, your mind have brought you to exactly where you want it to, the savannah. If you train your mind, it can also pick up the sensation you experience in the savannah without having you to be there physically. The power of your mind, if use it correctly, it can help you to achieve what your mind perceives, to have control over yourself and to go beyond your limit.
Many experts recognize this area of the human mind and researches have been carried out on how to unlock the mind power and push the human limit to a higher level. If you are able to unlock your mind power today and tap into the abilities of your mind, you will be able to create anything you want in your life may it be physical, emotional, financial or spiritual.

#2 Practice Many people are frustrated when they are unable to "see" the difference during the beginning of the process. The main point here is patience and perseverance. It takes lots of practice especially for people who have not been using their mind correctly over the years. The good news is, it is possible for everyone to unlock their mind powers. But you have to keep on trying.
#3 Meditation Meditation is a great way to be aligned with your mind. Meditation helps to clear the clutter, gives you clarity and subsequently, gives you a laser focus on what you really want. As the saying goes, "Whatever the mind can perceive, you can achieve". Meditation itself is a learning process. You will learn to observe your mind, the thoughts that are running in your mind, and slowly, you will be able to master your mind by instructing your mind to perform any task as you want. This is the first step to unlock your mind power.
#4 Your body Physical fitness is one of the most crucial area for you to look into if you are serious to unlock your mind power. Though you do not need any physical effort while using your mind, you will need to have your body aligned with your mind. The synergy of the aligned physical being and mind is very powerful. Yoga is a good way for you to attain a healthy and fit physical body. At the same time, breathing properly will help to synchronize the body rhythm with the mind and create harmony.
Last but not least, you have to remember, you are the master of your mind and your life. You are the only one who has the sacred key to unlock your mind power. Have faith in yourself and have lots of patience and determination. You will achieve a level of success which you have never dreamed of before. How do you not analyze your relationships?
I have serious social trouble. They diagnosed me with aspergers, social phobia, avoidant, paranoia personality disorders. I find myself lost socially. People have tried to help me, but their advice didnt get to the root of the problem. They told me relationships were too complicated, dont analyze at all or worry about it, so dont categorize anything because its just too complicated (relationships are undefined, cant be labeled or conditioned) (that was my problem) and to have people you are comfortable with. I cant seem to figure a lot of my relationships and I am lost trying to talk to them. I guess I am not familiar enough with my friends. Things shift so much and change so much. I didnt take the necessary steps to being comfortable with people.
I am so lost and out of the flow, people are already leaving me. Facebook's been a nightmare. I do things they are uncomfortable with.
People expect you to know everything and how to flow with them, and I just dont have the mind power to read their minds.
I have had people walk out on me, scream at me, conflict situations, you name it because of things. And in my head, I analyze things way too much so I wont get into those.
I have been rejected a whole lot, deleted a lot off of facebook, and people have walked out on me.
I need to know how to not be so analytical? I am analytical in the social department so I can know how to properly flow with people. To be of the same mind and heart with them. To know how to walk in relationship with people. How do I get back on track? I am paranoid because I cant seem to get in a flow with people and whenever people change or shift on me, I get scared. So my head is filled with people all the time. I also, like everyone have strong desires to be a certain way with people and I get upset if it doesnt happen that way. I guess I get too ahead of myself.
I guess I have a problem with people.

What is the title of this book?
i cant remember the title of this book but what i do remember is
there is a group of teenagers i think like at least 2 guys and 2 girls and there were sent to this house that was a testing facility because they had like mind powers but they escape from it and then they have to go back to stop the doctor and i remember the main girl was locked in a chamber filled with water for like a couple days and the only way this guy could communicate with her was to cause pain to himself by cutting his arm
i know this isn't much to go from but i cant seem to remember the title and i would like to read it again so if you could please help i would greatly appreciate it
