What are some tips for improving self-image and self-esteem?
I've been through quite a bit since being diagnosed with bipolar - 5 years ago; lost relationships, numerous lost jobs, and mental anguish. Although I do feel like I'm improving and getting back to my "normal" self as time goes by, I still find myself never trusting my gut instincts and always second guessing myself. Looking at myself in the mirror and repeating the words; " I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and gosh darn it people like me!" just isn't cutt'n it.......
