Would you agree it's common for men to quickly "get their act together" when they're interested in a woman?
I've seen this often among my friends and acquaintances who, when they meet a girl they really like, decide get a better job, go to college for a degree, quit abusing drugs or alcohol, lose weight, or do whatever else it takes to get her approval. For me however, self improvement is more a personal desire because it makes me feel good about myself. If it makes a woman happy, I'm glad but even if not I'm still going to keep setting goals for self improvement for my own benefit.

Personal Fitness and Restraint Training?
I'm choosing classing for my sophmore year in High School, and I will have a quarter(1/4) of a year free that I will probably have a Study Hall in. There is a class though, Personal Fitness and Restraint Training, that I could fit in. The problem is, I'm not a very "fit" active person. I don't go to the gym and I don't do school sports. I'm not weak or lazy, but I'm worried that if I take this class, I will be left out in a crowd of mega sports people. It is meant to "assess current fitness levels and make goals for self improvement though"
Has anyone ever taken a course like this, and is it fun? Should it be something to go for?
Don't say "go with what you want to do" because well, I'm asking for your opinion.

Relationship question...about my boyfriend?
Ok so I just had a conversation with him about my overall goals for self improvement physically. I just had a baby and now I have a little belly, I have been going to the gym religiously and I told him after that I want to tan, whiten my teeth, and buy an airbrush face makeup applicator. Right now I'm a pretty girl but I kno I'm not at my best. Our relationship has been 6 years now and he has been
with me through the roughest and toughest times of my life and I wouldn't trade him for the world, he doesn't necessarily treat me the best, or have sex very often or really wanna go anywhere with
me, he doesn't have a job, but anyways back to the point. He said once I'm done all my physical goals, we won't work..... We will break up? So I asked him why can he be with me now and not
once I change, he called me a bitch and told me that he doesn't want to deal with me then. And when we met, I was in peak physical condition.... I don't understand what the deal is here....?am I being selfish or is he being jealous? Or anything else u might want to add. I want to look good for him and make him love me still....
Oh and he thinks Im a bitch already, so I said if I'm a bitch now, then if you think I'm still a bitch after, then what's the difference??
