Dealing Anxiety When Doing Talks & Presentations?
Although there are many ways to deal with anxiety i haven't found many to deal with it on the spot... example: your going around the room introducing yourself, or something of that nature. ive tried: deep and calm breathing, focusing on something else, self-talk....nothing seems to help...its just becomes overwhelming and controls me. Any suggestions, i would really like to overcome this. thanks
